Black powder substitute is not black powder, legally. Many of the same rules apply - hazmat fee, release statement on file before we ship, adult to sign, no returns. But full cartons of Pinnacle Black Powder Substitute do not fall under the 50 max order limit. Yes, that means you can order 50 pounds of black powder plus a carton or three of Pinnacle. If you actually need that much, and your community and state don't limit the amount of Black Powder Substitute you can have on hand (your responsibility to find out!), have at it.

GOEX Pinnacle is a sulfurless smoke-producing propellant, giving higher velocities by weight than black powder, with less maintenance.

There can be no returns of blackpowder or blackpowder substitute once accepted. Neither UPS nor FedEx Ground will accept a blackpowder package from any business or individual, whether for shipment or for return, who does not hold a current UPS hazardous material shipping license.

UPS will require an adult (21 years) signature to accept delivery of the black powder.

The sale and shipment of black powder substitute in the US is governed by the U.S. Treasury Department, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) regulation, and each sale is recorded.
