FIREWORKS POWDER

Precautions
| Fireworks powders are
manufactured in 7 standard granulations -- glazed and unglazed.
Three meal powders are available unglazed. These powders (used
for "lift" and "burst") have played an important
part in fireworks celebrations for generations. GOEX is proud to
provide an American-made product for a great American tradition.
We also supply other industries with these powders for model
rocket engine compositions, fireworks fuses, etc. |

BLASTING POWDER

Precautions
| Sodium nitrate-based
"B" blasting powders are used for dimensional stone
blasting where a minimal shattering effect is required. Years
ago blasting powders were used extensively in the coal mining
industry. Today it is used typically in the United States for
precision stonecutting of marble, granite, and slate. These
powders are available in 4 granulations. |

COMMERCIAL FUSE
POWDER

Precautions
| Fuse powders are
manufactured to specified burn rates for the desired speed of
initiation. It is typically spun (internationally) into fuse
cord (for non-electrical blast initiation systems) and used to
initiate other explosives in commercial mining. Domestically,
several companies use fuse black powder to manufacture
initiating fuses for firework applications. |

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS

Handle with care. Avoid impact, friction, heat,
sparks and open flame. Prevent contact with smoking material. Keep
containers tightly closed when not in use. Clean up any spilled powder.
Use brush and dustpan. Keep away from children.
Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Do not mix this powder with a powder of any other type.
Do not purchase or accept any GOEX black powder not in its original
container, factory sealed..
Do not dispense black powder directly from canister into firearm. Do not
dispense substantial amount of powder in close proximity to the firearm.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS: Always store in a cool, dry place.
Obey all laws and regulations regarding quantities of explosive material
and methods of storage.
Do not store in the same area with highly combustible materials. Do not
store within reach of children. Store only in GOEX-approved container.
DISPOSAL:
If disposal is necessary, black powder must be disposed of in accordance
with all local, state, federal laws and regulations.
Consult manufacturer for more details on disposal. Do not dispose of
container into fire.
